About the role

This is a unique role as it is an early foundational role in our B2B Team. We already have customers like Dell, Microsoft, Service Now for Enterprise AI Headshots and we are rapidly expanding our market.
You are a generalist who has direct experience in taking a sales function from “zero to one”. Ideally within either an enterprise-first startup or a Machine Learning startup or possibly one of the co-founders. One of your core values is autonomy and ownership and you feel like without full autonomy you cannot do your best work - You also understand how product engineering and machine learning work in that how they affect the promises you can make to Enterprise.
You will be working directly with the co-founders and have access to Engineering, Marketing and other resources to help you develop and scale this function and our company as a whole.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years as an AE / BDR or other sales role in an early stage startup or as a Founder
- Deep understand of Enterprise sales and success
- Work with Marketing to develop collateral for your role and hires
- Comfortable with Conflict and saying no and a good sense of opportunity prioritization
Bonus:
- Previous founder experience in a Startup doing Enterprise Sales
- Experience with Enterprise pricing and monetization
- Familiarity with Machine Learning / generative AI space and GTM movements here
What you’ll be working on
In brief - Building out the B2B function with the co-founders which will entail, in part:
- Initially manage the entire sales cycle from leads to close, including negotiation and contract signing
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Direct and execute on all elements around readiness for Enterprise Sale
- Work closely with Engineering and Product to shape the SMB and Enterprise Product surface
- Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Hire the team to scale this function

About the Founders
- Marko Jak (Co-Founder and CEO) is an entrepreneur and product builder who has been building B2B and B2C products in AI space for over 10 years. Previously co-founder at Overscore AI (exit in 2016) and co-founder at nFold AI (shutdown 2019)
- Alex Kotliarsky (Co-founder and CTO) is a software engineer and UX zealot. Ex-Facebook & Replit, he worked on React Native core team and lead consumer products like the Oculus App and Desktop Messenger (used by tens of millions of people). Alex is unique in his ability to balance exquisitely crafted products that “just work” while moving quickly.
