AI Photography Release Terms

These Photography Release Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to you as an employee of any company joining our platform at Secta Labs. By being a member and submitting photographs to the Secta platform, you will receive an AI-generated gallery of photographs for personal use. You are also providing these AI-generated photographs to the Company for marketing and other business-related purposes under the conditions specified herein.

The Company will not have access to any photographs uploaded by you that are used to train the AI. Additionally, the Company will not have access to any photographs that you delete.

The Company will have access to all your saved photographs. By saving photographs within the Secta platform, you hereby grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from these saved photographs ("Photographs") for any lawful business purposes, including but not limited to marketing, promotion, and advertising.

If photographs are not explicitly saved within 7 days of receiving your gallery, all photographs within this gallery will be considered saved and subject to the terms of this agreement.

The Company agrees to respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of the Employee by not accessing or using any photographs that have been deleted by the Employee or are used exclusively for AI training purposes and have not been saved by the Employee within the Secta platform.

The Employee grants the Company the rights as described in Section 2.2 for all saved Photographs, acknowledging that this grant is for the purpose of enabling the Company to utilize the Photographs in support of its business activities.

The Employee releases the Company from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the Company's use of the Photographs in accordance with these Terms. The Employee also agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims or damages arising from the breach of these Terms or the Employee's representations and warranties.

The Employee represents and warrants that they have the legal right to provide these Photographs and that their use as described herein will not infringe on the rights of any third parties.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Secta platform and submission of Photographs following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

By submitting Photographs to the Company, the Employee acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the specific conditions regarding access, use, and the rights granted to the Company regarding the Photographs.
